Q. Is Tierra Contenta within the City
of Santa Fe?
A. Yes, the land was annexed into the City in 1985..
Q. How are subdivision covenants enforced?

within a subdivision. Covenants require mutual respect and
cooperation from homeowners within that subdivision. If homeowner
cooperation and problem resolution fail, owners are free to
consult their attorneys for legal solutions.

A. Open Space is
dedicated to the City of Santa Fe for use as trails, parks
and nature areas. The Tierra Contenta Corporation (TCC) owns
all land in future phases, some of which will be dedicated as open space. TCC allows residents to hike or
bicycle on established trails in future phases. The use of
all terrain vehicles (ATVs) and other motor vehicles is strictly
prohibited both in future phases and in land dedicated to
the City.

review your plans prior to getting City approval for your
